Thank you for shopping with AmeriLuxe Essentials. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you don't love it, returns are complimentary for 30 days.

Perishables and Custom/Personalized Items: 

  • No returns or replacements unless defective
  • Clearly marked as "Final Sale" before purchase

Gift Cards: 

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire as they are gift from the buyer to a recipient.

Store Credit, Return and Refund Policy

Store Credit in Lieu of Refund

First, please consider requesting store credit in lieu of a refund. Funds from a store credit are available for immediate use while the refund process, below, can be accomplished within 12 business days.

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with one of our products, simply click here to start a return. We will happily process your return and improve next time. If you have any other issues, please email info@ameriluxe-essentials.com or call us at 1-860-248-6911. Before calling, here are some details you might want to know.

  • Purchases are eligible for Complimentary Returns for 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • If your item qualifies for a Complimentary Return, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse in good condition, we will issue a refund within 10 days for the full amount of the merchandise cost including tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Shipping costs related to the initial purchase will not be refunded. If payment was made with a gift card a store credit will be issued for a future purchase.
  • Our Complimentary Return promise is an exclusive benefit available only to our valued customers shopping on ameriluxe-essentials.shop. If you purchased at another online marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, or others, please follow their return policy.
  • Please note: Final sale items on ameriluxe-essentials.shop are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return and Refund Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. .

To start the return process please contact us at info@ameriluxe-essentials.com within 6 days of receipt of your item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A restocking fee is shown for each product so clients are aware prior to sale. The fee is generally a flat rate of $15 or a percentage of the original purchase price.  See detailed product information.

Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error or you included the Optional Shipping Protection at the time of checkout. For more information see our Shipping Policy.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) - Please note that all returns must have an RMA# which is automatically generated as part of the returns process when using the Returns Center formItems sent back to us without first requesting a return and without an RMA# will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Products:
You may initiate a return within 6 days and return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you have any questions about a specific item please contact us at info@ameriluxe-essentials.com prior to your purchase. For consideration of a return, fragrances need to be in the original unopened wrapping and returned in the original shipping container. We will make every reasonable effort to return funds or provide store credit, as appropriate.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once a refund is initiated the pending review process can be up to 2 business days and customers may receive notification of refund approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again-
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.
