AmeriLuxe Essentials, LLC, "we," "us," or "our") operates the website ameriluxe-essentials.shop (the “Site”). Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.
The AmeriLuxe Essentials fulfillment team, including our artisan partners and shipping carriers, collectively strive to provide you the best selection and deliver high-quality products directly to your doorstep. Online orders for your AmeriLuxe Essentials products are received, assembled and packaged for delivery as shown below.
Shipping Range:
- Delivery Area: We currently ship all products within the Contiguous United States and select products to Canada.
- Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas to include Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Orders Fulfilled Domestically:

Processing and shipping times depend on many factors and more specific shipping information is provided on each product page. General, delivery times are as follows:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time (2-5 days business days, excluding public holidays) *

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time (90% delivered in 5-10 business days, excluding public holidays) *

NOTE: Delivery times for rare Vicuna products can be 8-12 weeks, and we are working with our B2B suppliers to improve delivery times. During times of high volumes, or shipping delays beyond our control, orders may take longer to process. Order fulfillment activities on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays are subject to carrier protocols and may vary.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to P.O. boxes or Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
Shipping Costs: Carrier and Optional Shipping Protection
For purchases at, or over, $50 or select promotional products - Shipping is complimentary.
For purchases under $50 - shipping costs are product dependent and determined by standard carrier charges, which are established by (1) the destination of the shipment and (2) the weight of the package. We use the least shipping cost available for your order.
Optional Shipping Protection is offered at checkout as a one-time, low-cost service that safeguards purchases against loss and damage during shipping and theft post-delivery. It acts as a safety net beyond basic carrier liability and/or credit card protection, allowing customers to easily file claims for replacements or refunds. For more details, please refer to the "Lost or Damaged or Stolen Items" list below.

Shipping Costs: Customs and Duties
Select AmeriLuxe Essentials products may be available to be shipped from overseas, or from USA to Canada and applicable customs and duties fees will be determined prior to the final checkout for client consent. Please see specific product details for items which may be subject to customs and duties fees. Depending on the shipping carrier, they will deliver your items either DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Ultimately, the customer is the importer of record and responsible for duties either DDP or DDU, taxes (GST/HST/PST), and customs clearance fees upon delivery.
We offer the convenience, transparency and accuracy of billing these fees at the time of purchase and strive to ensure that carriers are selected who use DDP rather than DDU. If we become aware of any changes in shipping cost, we will attempt to resolve the concern with the customer and seek consent prior to your payment method fulfillment. However, should the customer inadvertently receive a post-sale, carrier request for additional customs and duties fees, we request that the customer please resolve the payment at time of delivery and contact us to resolve the appropriate reimbursement as soon as possible. It is our policy that we will reimburse customers, and/or not seek reimbursement, for any change in customs and duties fees resulting from any inadvertent discrepancy after the final sale and delivery.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
We use reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS and FedEx for all products, as appropriate. You can expect to receive an order confirmation notice once your package(s) are picked up by your shipping carrier with appropriate tracking number(s), as applicable. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking number in its system. A Post-Purchase Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) will also be provided at that time. If you don't receive tracking details, please contact our support team. Single or Multiple Shipments:
Your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments because we work with multiple artisans and warehouse partners. This helps to enhance the client experience by optimizing the overall shipping duration for each item within the full order. We only include shipping costs based upon your total cart and delivery address rather than each item delivered within the cart.
Delayed or Non-Delivered Packages:
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues). If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery and if your package is not delivered please let us know so we may assist with a positive resolution and please review our "Lost or Damaged or Stolen Items" section below.
Returns and Refused Shipments: If you return or refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, the package may be abandoned by the carrier. In these instances, we cannot guarantee a full refund, as return shipping costs and unpaid duties, if any, will be deducted from your store credit.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned from the wrong address.
Lost or Damaged or Stolen Items:

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier Customer Service in writing within 30 days from the date the carrier accepted the shipment. They will investigate and let you know whether you can file a claim, usually online. For peace of mind, please consider adding optional shipping protection at checkout and contact us for any concerns or questions.
- Lost Orders: If your order is lost during shipping, please reach out to us immediately for assistance. For peace of mind, please consider adding optional shipping protection at checkout and contact us for any concerns or questions.
- Stolen Orders: If your order is stolen post-delivery the ship protection provides for one-time, refunds or replacements. This coverage typically applies to items marked "delivered" but not received, addressing "porch piracy" and covers the full value of item including shipping. The client must file a claim within 15 days after the "delivered" date and provide evidence of the incident.
