Exchanges - We want you to love your Darzah goods. If you would like to exchange your product for another size or item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. One time exchanges on shoes for a different size are free of charge in the US. For international exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Returns If you find that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and we would be happy to provide a refund or exchange for store credit, as long as the product is in original condition. Shoes must be unworn. There is an $15 Return Fee that will be held from your refund to cover shipping + restocking costs. All returns after 15 days will be refunded with store credit. For international exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
